Quality Policy
Reansway Flooring Ltd is committed to delivering resin flooring that meets the agreed specification, is fit for purpose, and is finished to a high standard on every project. So far as is reasonably practicable, we will:
- Install manufacturer-approved systems in line with the relevant technical data sheets and recognised industry standards.
- Prepare substrates correctly and check that temperature, moisture and conditions are within the limits of the system before applying it.
- Use competent, trained operatives and the right equipment for each task.
- Inspect and snag every floor before handover, and back our workmanship with a written guarantee.
- Learn from client feedback and from any complaint, and use it to improve how we work.
The Director holds overall responsibility for quality. Every member of the team is responsible for the quality of their own work.
Environmental Policy
Reansway Flooring Ltd is committed to managing the environmental impact of its work and to complying with environmental legislation. So far as is reasonably practicable, we will:
- Segregate waste — including resin residues, empty containers and removed flooring — and dispose of it through registered waste carriers in line with our duty of care.
- Work towards reducing waste sent to landfill and reuse or recycle materials where we can.
- Store, handle and use hazardous substances responsibly, and control spillages to prevent pollution.
- Use materials efficiently and plan transport to reduce fuel use and emissions.
- Review our environmental performance and look for practical improvements over time.
The Director holds overall responsibility for this policy, and all operatives and subcontractors are expected to follow it on site.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
Reansway Flooring Ltd is committed to treating everyone fairly and with respect, and to complying with the Equality Act 2010. We will:
- Not discriminate against any person on the grounds of a protected characteristic, including age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
- Treat employees, subcontractors, clients and suppliers fairly in recruitment, work allocation and day-to-day dealings.
- Not tolerate harassment, bullying or victimisation, and deal with any complaint promptly and fairly.
- Make reasonable adjustments to support people with disabilities.
The Director holds overall responsibility for this policy. Everyone working for or with the company shares responsibility for upholding it.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Reansway Flooring Ltd has zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking and supports the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The statutory requirement to publish a formal statement applies to larger businesses with a turnover of £36 million or more, but we adopt this policy voluntarily as good practice. We will:
- Ensure there is no slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in our own business.
- Carry out right-to-work checks and pay everyone who works for us fairly and lawfully.
- Expect our subcontractors and suppliers to uphold the same standards.
- Encourage anyone with a concern to report it, and take any report seriously.
The Director holds overall responsibility for this policy.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
Reansway Flooring Ltd has zero tolerance towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting fairly and with integrity, in line with the Bribery Act 2010. We will:
- Not offer, give, request or accept any bribe or improper payment, whether directly or through a third party.
- Ensure that any gift or hospitality is reasonable, proportionate, transparent and recorded — and never given or accepted to improperly influence a decision.
- Not make facilitation payments.
- Expect employees, subcontractors and anyone acting on our behalf to follow this policy.
- Encourage the reporting of any concern, and treat reports seriously and without penalty for raising them in good faith.
The Director holds overall responsibility for this policy.
Adoption
These policies are adopted on behalf of Reansway Flooring Ltd and apply to all employees and subcontractors. They are reviewed at least annually, or sooner on significant change.
